Appointments

Appointments with any of the Medical Staff can be scheduled during business hours by calling our direct line at 715-531-6888 or 877-240-4058.  The receptionist will inquire about the nature of your visit so that an appropriately urgent or ample time visit may be arranged with your physician.  If you are unable to keep an appointment, please contact our office promptly so that the time can be made available to other patients and your appointment can be rescheduled to a more convenient time.  Sixty percent of calls for appointments are scheduled the same day, and 100% requesting it are seen within 24 hours.  Providing timely care is one part of our committment to providing the highest quality of care.

In the case of an emergency during office hours, we ask that, if possible, you contact the clinic before coming in at 715-531-6800 or 877-240-1365 so that we can be prepared for your needs.  For emergencies outside regular office hours, please call Hudson Hospital at 715-531-6000 or 800-993-2325 to leave word for the physician on call.  Your call will be returned as soon as possible.  Please keep your telephone line open to receive the return call.
