• Multi-level primary care group seeking MD or DO
• Opportunity is driven by population growth and expanding patient base

• No primary call – telephone availability only
• Employment arrangement; salary range - $125,000 - $147,000 – and possible incentive bonus
• Shareholder position and eligibility for profit sharing/401(k)
• 100% of family health and malpractice insurance covered by the physician group
• CME budget
