Personal Lab Services

Personal Lab Services is Direct Access Testing (DAT) at Hudson Physicians that gives individuals access to a limited menu of laboratory tests without having to first talk with a health care provider. This service allows individuals more control of their own health and lower costs on lab tests and screenings.

Why Utilize Direct Access to Laboratory Testing?

  • Lower out-of-pocket expense for consumers/patients who are uninsured or have a high deductible.
  • Some individuals may wish to have more frequent testing than their health care insurance plans cover.
  • Allows people to assess their health status on a regular basis.
  • Individuals who are away from their primary care provider or provider network can obtain needed laboratory testing.

To obtain direct access services go directly to the Hudson Physicians laboratory registration desk and ask for direct access testing

If you have questions please contact your health care provider. For more information, call the Hudson Physicians Laboratory at 715-531-6850 or 877-240-1365
