Susan claims that her profession "chose her" as she has always been drawn to the medical field, especially preventive medicine and nutrition.  Diabetes counseling is a good fit for Susan, as her master's degree in nursing emphasizes education and adult health.  In her free time, Susan tends to be a "home body" but also loves to entertain friends and family and travel to visit her four grown children.
