It was through delivering babies that Monica Pesavento, M.D., chose to practice family medicine after realizing she wanted to continue on in the care of her youngest patients as they grew into adults.  “Practicing medicine allows me to apply my knowledge and training to helping people both stay healthy and recover from illness,” says Dr. Pesavento. 

As a busy mother of three young children, she enjoys helping her children grow and spending time with her family.
