Kevin D. Helmen, MD

Family Medicine

When asked why he chose Family Medicine, Kevin Helmen, M.D., expressed a love of all aspects of medicine.  "I couldn't see myself doing just one thing."  His special medical interests include orthopedics and cardiology, and he holds the position of Medical Director for Western Wisconsin Medical Associates (WWMA).   

Dr. Helmen has many exciting hobbies including skiing, motorcycling, scuba diving, medical mission work as well as aviation, and he is certified by the Federal Aviation Association (FAA) to provide physicals.  He enjoys the scenic St. Croix Valley and the convenient location of the clinic and health campus.
