Dr. Thai encourages her patients to eat 5-6 servings of fruit and vegetables every day. She also recommends following a consistent sleep schedule and staying active, whether it’s doing household chores, walking the dog or dancing to your favorite songs. Music is a motivator!
When she’s not working, Dr. Thai enjoys reading, gardening, riding her bike and listening to classical music.
