Stacy Hansen is a Certified Nurse Practitioner who loves helping people get and stay well. Her career started as a dietary aid in a nursing home, and from there a nursing assistant. She was also an ER nurse but her passion is family medicine where she can build relationships and help people get and stay well.
Knowing how stressful life can be, Stacy recommends doing what you can to finding balance. “Your mental health is just as important as your physical health,” says Stacy. She encourages people to pursue help for anxiety and depression with medications and counseling. She also tells her patients that small changes can make it easier to achieve their personal goals, such as parking farther away from storefronts, focusing on protein snacks, and getting a good night’s sleep.
When Stacy isn’t helping your family feel better, she’s enjoying time with hers as well as reading and baking.
